Membership Form

Fill in the form and press “Send” to electronically sign the Waiver which indicates your consent to our waiver and policies.

Step 1 – Fill in the Membership Form

Warning: After clicking “Send”, make sure you see a screen that displays your input. Otherwise your application has not been sent. If that is the case, check for errors or omissions on the application form. (You will see a small pop-up Error Box beside each error.) Correct each error or omission. Then click “Send” again.


Step 2 – Pay the Membership Fee

To complete your membership application, go to the “Fees” web page for membership payment.

Note: Payment does not apply to HHUC Trainees for June 17-18, 2023.
See your instructor for your payments.

  • Scuba Diver = $40
  • Scuba Diver in the 1st year of scuba diving after certification = $20
  • Non-scuba-diving Member who accompanies Blue North on dive trips = $20
  • Plus $40 for OUC membership for liability insurance UNLESS you already have an OUC membership for the current calendar year (e.g., through HHUC). You do not have to pay OUC for each club you belong to.
